Common Errors

401 Authentication Required​

Check that the bearer token is present and issued for the sandbox merchant API.

400 Invalid Request​

Validate required fields, enum values and date formats against the API reference.

409 Conflict​

Common causes:

  • Reusing an idempotency key with a different bill payload.
  • Running a simulation when no active mandate is available.
  • Trying to use a revoked mandate or missing eligible method.

429 Rate Limited​

Slow down requests and retry after the Retry-After window.
